Arsenal v Everton confirmed lineups: Giroud & Gabriel start for Gunners
Arsene Wenger has made a couple of big changes for our clash with Everton, with the manager clearly looking to rotate a little following our midweek action against Bayern Munich. Gabriel Paulista has returned to the side after being absent for the last two games, with the Brazilian replacing Per Mertesacker in the starting lineup. The German isn't even on the bench, but whether he's picked up an injury or is merely being rested is unclear. Aaron Ramsey is out after picking up a hamstring injury against Bayern (via the Daily Mail), and he is replaced by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on the right.
