Sky pundit slams Arsenal midfielder during Everton clash
Jamie Carragher has lashed out at Mathieu Flamini following our 2-1 win over Everton this past Saturday evening, criticising the French midfielder for his ill discipline. The Arsenal man was brought on as a second half substitute to shore things up a little, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain being sacrificed. Flamini seemed less focused on his defensive duties though, and seemed determined to get himself on the scoresheet. He regularly found himself high up the field and in the box looking to score, and seemed unwilling to track back, neglecting his defensive duties – not great qualities in a defensive midfielder.
