Edinson Cavani ready to snub Arsenal to make £36.2m Chelsea move
Paris Saint Germain striker Edinson Cavani is reportedly keen on a move to Premier League strugglers Chelsea, according to the Daily Star. Despite apparent interest from the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United, the Uruguayan international would supposedly prefer a move to Stamford Bridge instead (via Star). Reports in Spain claim that though his situation in the French capital is ‘calm', he has decided that now is the right time to leave the club. He had endured a huge fallout with manager Laurent Blanc at the start of the year, but remained under contract until 2018 (via Star).
