[Video] Goal – Giroud's power header opens the scoring for Arsenal against Swansea
Olivier Giroud has continued his excellent goalscoring form by bagging the opener against Swansea, powering a header past former teammate Lukasz Fabianski to give us the lead. We endured a difficult first half, and the entire team looked a little sluggish. Arsene Wenger clearly fired the players up at half time though, and they came out guns blazing. Swansea were under pressure right from the whistle, and we quickly earned successive corners. Mesut Özil lashed the second one into the box, and Giroud was able to redirect it into the far corner.
