Manager not interested in January transfers: Chief scout reveals
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will not be making any signings this January, according to chief scout Brian McDermott (via the Express). Speaking to Sky Sports, McDermott revealed that the manager has his eye on only the best players in the world, and their unavailability meant that Arsenal would once again be silent on the transfer front. Wenger came in for some of the most vocal criticism of his career over the summer; earning the wrath of the fans for choosing not to sign any outfield players despite our lack of quality depth in several positions.
