Napoli star Jorginho has remained coy on the recent speculation linking him with a move to Arsenal, but his agent has said that Napoli will sell if The Gunners make a irrefutable offer, according to Football Italia. Reports emerged earlier this week claiming that Arsenal had sent a team of scouts over to Italy to have the 23-year-old watched, though his agent couldn't be sure that they were there to watch his client.
