Experienced Arsenal star heaps praise on 21-year-old protégé
Petr Cech has spoken extremely highly of young shot-stopper Matt Macey, praising his work ethic and willingness to improve in particular, as reported by the Express. Macey has shown a huge amount of promise at youth level, but with the competition ahead of him he hasn't quite managed to make enough of an impact to force his way into the senior side. The 21-year-old has featured on the bench regularly this season, with David Ospina absent for a number of games. Cech clearly seems to think the youngster has a bright future though, and was hugely positive about his chances of succeeding.
