Petr Cech Impressed By Young Arsenal Goalkeeper Matt Macey
It has been reported that Petr Cech is impressed by young Arsenal teammate Matt Macey. The 21-year-old goalkeeper was drafted into the first team following an injury to David Ospina and has spent the last six games on the bench. 'One thing that is very positive is Matt is very into the work and is willing to improve, to learn and take information on board and understand what it takes to be in the first-team,' Cech said. 'That is very important because being a part of the first-team is one thing but staying there and continuing to develop is another. 'He is constantly willing to improve and learn and this gives him a chance to get better and to stay in the first-team.'
