I Love A Bargain! Just Look At Vieira – Wenger
It has been revealed that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has defended his market work. The Frenchman was involved in an amusing exchange today about Black Friday bargains and TVs. In an annual free-for-all, retailers slash prices this Friday on the biggest shopping day of the year. So what does Wenger think of it? “I love a bargain, who doesn't love a bargain?' he commented. “I bought Vieira for £2.5m and it was a bargain. I spent £40m on Ozil and it was a bargain because he is a top player. If I find the right quality I will do something.' But, he added: 'Why should anyone buy two TVs if you need only one?'
