Arsenal are ready to rival Manchester United for the signing of Leicester City midfielder Riyad Mahrez, according to a report. Mahrez has been in fine form so far this season, scoring seven goals and recording six assists in 12 Premier League appearances to help propel the side to the top of the table. According to Foot365, Arsene Wenger is eyeing a move for the Algerian in the January transfer window in a bid to add more depth to his squad and alleviate a growing injury crisis at the Emirates.
