Arsenal launch amazing approach for Chelsea’s main hope
The Mirror claim that Arsenal are ready to enter the race to sign Everton star John Stones and will rival Chelsea for the defender’s signature this summer. The England international has blossomed into a world-class centre-half at Goodison Park, with the Blues launching an attempt to sign him over the off-season. The Toffees spurned a number of approaches for Stones from the reigning Premier League champions, which has in turn impacted negatively on Jose Mourinho’s side this term.
