Arsenal Locked In Talks With Celta Vigo Striker Nolito
It has been revealed that Arsenal have opened talks with Celta Vigo for Nolito. Celta are preparing to sell the Spain international in January, with both Arsenal and Barcelona linked with the striker this season. According to El Mundo Deportivo, Arsenal have now intensified negotiations ahead of the winter market. Talks have stepped up with both Celta and Nolito's minders about a move to London. The Gunners will put 19 million on the table – 1 million more than Nolito's buyout clause – to convince Celta to sell.
