Mathieu Debuchy could settle his future before the transfer window opens. Mathieu Debuchy is targeting talks with Arsene Wenger to settle his Arsenal future ahead of the January transfer window. The France full-back has fallen down the pecking order at the Emirates Stadium since the emergence through the ranks of Hector Bellerin and has only started six games this campaign. Four of those have ended in defeat for the Gunners and now the 30-year-old former Newcastle man, who also missed a lot of last season through injury, wants to clarify his future as he looks to seal a timely return to the France squad ahead of the European Championship.
