Olivier Giroud scored a hat-trick as Arsenal booked their place in the last 16 of the Champions League with a 3-0 win over Olympiacos. The Frenchman opened the scoring with a header from Aaron Ramsey's cross, before he added a second shortly after the break with a neat finish from Joel Campbell's precise through ball. The Gunners were then awarded a penalty when Omar Elabdellaoui handled inside the box, and Giroud stepped up to convert the resulting spot kick to seal a memorable victory.
