Steven Gerrard claims that Aaron Ramsey is the best attacking midfielder in the Premier League when played centrally. Gerrard was speaking after Arsenal’s 3-0 victory over Olympiakos, with Ramsey playing in a central role after long spells as a wide midfielder.
