Arsenal monitoring Premier League wonderkid & Tottenham transfer target
Arsenal are understood to be keeping tabs on Leicester City’s teenage sensation Ben Chilwell, ahead of a potential January transfer. The Yorkshire Post report that scouts from the Emirates Stadium were present on Tuesday evening as Huddersfield Town, where Chilwell is currently on loan, beat Rotherham United 2-0 in the Championship. The Metro note that Arsene Wenger is keen on bringing in defensive reinforcements ahead of the January transfer window, and sees the wonderkid as an ideal solution to the Gunners’ weaknesses at the back. Chilwell, who won Leicester’s Academy Player of the Year award last term, is also being monitored by Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United, according to...
