Arsenal Handed Huge Blow Ahead Of Tottenham Clash
Arsenal's star man Alexis Sanchez is set to miss the Gunners trip to White Hart Lane on Saturday afternoon, as the player continues to struggle with a hamstring problem. Arsene Wenger had hoped that resting the Chilean against Aston Villa would have given the player enough rest and time to recover for the big game this weekend. But the news breaking on Thursday afternoon was bad for the Gunners.
Danny Welbeck could still return for the derby game, the English forward has been out since before Christmas. Arsenal can take confidence from Mesut Ozil and Theo Walcott's performances since they returned, and hope that the duo can continue to improve this weekend.
