Arsenal Remain Interested In Everton Midfielder James McCarthy
Reports are out claiming that Everton midfielder James McCarthy is attracting major transfer interest. Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United are all monitoring McCarthy this season, says the Daily Mail. McCarthy signed from Wigan in a £13million deal 18 months ago. He is not one of Everton's big earners and the nature of the last-minute negotiations meant assurances were given that his deal would be revised as his Goodison career progressed.
