Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Africa's Footballer of the Year, has been linked with Arsenal for several months. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has ruled out leaving Borussia Dortmund for Arsenal as the club announced that there were no plans for any more January sales.
