Schalke Defender Benedikt Howedes Remains On Arsenal Radar
It has been revealed that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is seeking a new centre-half signing. BILD claims that Schalke defender Benedikt Howedes is a £9million summer target of Arsenal. Wenger is keen on the 27-year-old, who is understood to have just 18 months left on his current contract. The Gunners boss is happy to wait until the summer to sign Howedes.
