Arsene Wenger confirms Arsenal are close to announcing Spaniard's three-year deal
GETTY CONFIRMATION: Nacho Monreal is close to signing a new contract The 29-year-old is set to put pen-to-paper on a new three-year deal worth around £60,000-a-week. Gunners boss Wenger has previously refused to offer more than one-season deals to players aged over 30 but Monreal hits the milestone next month. Wenger said: "Yes, Nacho is getting a new contract.
