Arsenal Close To Announcing New Nacho Monreal Deal
It has been revealed that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed the Gunners are on the verge of re-signing Nacho Monreal. It is understood the Spanish international will sign a three-year contract extension to remain at the Emirates Stadium. 'We'll announce that at some stage, when it's finished. It's not over the line completely but we're not far,' Wenger said. Monreal has made more than 100 appearances in all competitions for Arsenal since joining the North London club from Malaga in 2013 for £8.5million.
