Leicester City to offer Ben Chilwell new deal?
Leicester City are reportedly poised to start contract negotiations with young defender Ben Chilwell. The 19-year-old, who made just his second appearances for the Foxes during the 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend, has been linked with both Arsenal and Liverpool over recent weeks. However, Leicester are keen to keep hold of Chilwell and they will look to put off potential suitors by offering him fresh terms, according to the Daily Telegraph. The report adds that Chilwell's current deal, which is due to expire in 2017, is worth £800 a week. The England youth international spent part of the current campaign on loan with Championship side Huddersfield Town.
