Arsenal man's disappointing injury could impact Euro 2016 chances

Mathieu Debuchy secured a move away from Arsenal this January to try and work his way back into the France squad for the Euro 2016 Championships, but his chances of featuring have just taken a massive hit due to injury, as reported by the Express. The on-loan right-back suffered an injury almost immediately after joining Bordeaux on loan for the remainder of the season, and now looks set to miss a few weeks of action. 'Tests have revealed a muscular injury. The France international will be unavailable for a period of between two and three weeks,' read a Bordeaux statement.
