Arsenal News: Wenger retirement bombshell, Sneijder discussions, midfielder injury scare
PA NO GO: Arsene Wenger wants to continue as Arsenal boss Former Emirates star Lukas Podolski has discussed Galatasaray team-mate Wesley Sneijder - describing him as an Arsenal-type player. Podolski, who joined the Turkish outfit on a permanent deal, made 82 appearances for Arsenal - netting 31 goals in the process. He has a good idea of the type of player who suits Wenger's preferred style of play and believes Sneijder is just the man. Podolski told Goal: "I played for Arsenal for three years, with a special style of play with short passes, and Wesley is exactly that kind of player."
