Cristiano Ronaldo voted greatest player of Premier League in poll
Cristiano Ronaldo has been voted the greatest player ever to play in the Premier League, ahead of players such as Arsenal great Thierry Henry and Manchester United stalwart Ryan Giggs. A survey conducted by PA Sport found that people voted Ronaldo to be the best ever player to have taken part in the Premier League, with Frenchman Henry coming in second and wing wizard Giggs third on the list. The results might come as a surprise to many, as Ronaldo spent only six seasons in the Premier League. He came to Old Trafford in 2003 as a teenager and left the club having won three Premier League titles, one FA Cup, two League Cups, one Champions League title and one FIFA Club World Cup title....
