Arsenal confident of sealing transfer deal for hot-headed BuLi skipper
According to reports from N, Arsenal are confident of concluding a deal for Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Granit Xhaka during the summer transfer window. Arsene Wenger has made signing a defensive midfielder one of his priorities for the coming transfer window and the Switzerland international appears to be his preferred target, having tracked him for over twelve months. The Gladbach captain has been in good form this season, averaging 2.5 tackles and 2.8 interceptions per match, but has also picked up three red cards from 24 Bundesliga appearances.
