Arsenal boss admits star striker suffering from lack of confidence

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has admitted that star striker Olivier Giroud is struggling with confidence after their 0-0 draw with Sunderland on Sunday. The Gunners were looking for a victory at the Stadium of Light in order to keep their top four position safe, and Wenger started Giroud for the second league game in succession following their 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion in midweek. However, Wenger’s men were unable to break the deadlock, with the match finishing 0-0 between the two clubs.
