Arsenal & Man City in race for £9m Barcelona starlet
Barcelona have been very sparing in their use of midfielder Sergi Samper on the senior squad, giving him just a handful of minutes over the last two seasons. However, the club's foot-dragging over Samper's potential contract extension has opened the door for Manchester City or Arsenal to swoop in and land the young star. According to Transfer Tavern, Man City have recently expressed interest in bringing Samper to the Etihad for Pep Guardiola to coach.
