Arsenal Target Morgan Schneiderlin To Be Offered Southampton Contract Extension
Reports are out claiming that Morgan Schneiderlin is set to receive an extended contract from Southampton. The French international midfielder is a summer target for Arsenal but the Saints are desperate not to lose him to a Premier League rival. The Daily Star suggests Southampton will offer former Strasbourg young gun Schneiderlin an extension on the deal that expires in the summer of 2017 while raising his salary to £60,000-a-week.
