Club announces friendlies in Scandinavia
Arsenal will complete preparations for the 2016/17 season with friendly matches against Viking FK in Norway and Manchester City in Sweden. The Gunners play Viking FK on Friday, August 5 at the Viking Stadion in Stavanger. The match (kick-off tbc), will be our first in Norway since a Champions League tie with Rosenborg BK in 2004/05. Arsène Wenger's team will then test themselves against Manchester City on Sunday, August 7 (kick-off tbc), at the 44,000-capacity Ullevi stadium in Gothenburg.
