Breaking: Arsenal trigger Jamie Vardy release clause
In what is a brave move from Arsene Wenger, Arsenal are reportedly in talks with Leicester City to sign their star striker Jamie Vardy (via BBC). The Gunners are said to have triggered the 29-year-old's buyout clause which is suggested by the BBC to be in the region of £20m. Considering the report comes from the BBC, we are inclined to take this more seriously than most other sources. Arsenal are certainly showing a strong desire to bring in the 24-goal centre forward to spearhead our attack or at least provide pace and width next season.
