The Gunners also are looking to strengthen their midfield after the likes of Mikel Arteta, Mathieu Flamini and Tomas Rosicky were released this summer. Arsenal have already made one acquisition in that department, signing Swiss midfielder Granit Xhaka for a fee of around £30m.
