Jamie Vardy: 'I never spoke to Arsenal'
Leicester City frontman Jamie Vardy has claimed that he did not hold talks with Arsenal about a move away from the King Power earlier this summer. The 29-year-old was linked with a move to Arsene Wenger's side in June after the Gunners reportedly met his £20m release clause just prior to Euro 2016. The England international was said to be contemplating the offer, with his wife Rebekah seemingly confirming a proposed deal, but he instead opted to sign a new four-year deal with the Premier League champions.
