Wenger quizzed on Mustafi rumours as speculation intensifies
Arsene Wenger continues to keep his cards close to his chest in regards to transfers, reaffirming that Arsenal haven't concluded any deal for Valencia defender Shkodran Mustafi yet and a deal is not yet close (via Arsenal.com) Speaking to the press after Sunday's 3-1 preseason win over Mexican side Chivas, Wenger was quizzed on reported interest in Mustafi, who has become the most heavily linked central defender in the wake of Per Mertesacker's serious knee injury.
