Julian Draxler misses Wolfsburg friendly after sale ruled out - report
N FC's Brian McBride debates whether or not Julian Draxler would be a good fit for Arsenal. Wolfsburg midfielder Julian Draxler did not travel with the squad for the friendly in Malmo because of a knee injury, kicker has reported. On Wednesday, Wolfsburg ruled out selling Draxler this summer, releasing a statement in which they denied the existence of an agreement to allow the midfielder to leave. Earlier in the week, the Germany international, linked with Arsenal, had told Bild he wanted to join a top international club and said he had made his intention clear to Wolfsburg following Euro 2016.
