Arsenal target Bundesliga defender who hints he ‘could move' as alternative for Mustafi
Arsenal have set their sights on Fenerbahce defender Simon Kjaer and Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Omer Toprak according to BBC journalist David Ornstein.
