Source says Arsenal have made enquiry for international defender

Arsenal are lining up Fenerbahce's Simon Kjaer as an alternative to Shkodran Mustafi N claim the Gunners have made contact with the Turkish side to discuss a deal for the 27-year-old centre-back. The report says a source close to the club has revealed the north London side's interest but they are yet to make an offer. Fenerbahce are reportedly not keen to sell the Denmark international but would consider offers in excess of £13million. It is said Kjaer is being lined up as an alternative to Valencia's Shkodran Mustafi.
