Arsenal keen to prove star's wonderstrike was no fluke
Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny boasts a pretty strong shout for the Premier League's goal of the weekend after netting an overhead volley against Southampton. The Frenchman found himself free at a corner and latched onto a loose ball by twisting his body in the air and drilling it into the back of Fraser Forster's net, drawing the Gunners level in an eventual 2-1 win. Koscielny's an incredibly talented footballer – arguably one of the best defenders in the world – but the strike was certainly unexpected from a centre-back celebrating his 31st birthday.
