Jack Wilshere reveals that he left Arsenal after Arsene Wenger failed to ‘promise' him first-team football

The England international midfielder Jack Wilshere has revealed why he left Arsenal to join Bournemouth on a season-long loan. The 24-year-old told Squawka that he held talks with the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger last month however, Wilshere decided to leave after hearing that he would not be promised first-team football.
