Arsenal Striker Suffers Injury Setback
Chuba Akpom has announced he is side-lined ‘for awhile’ due to a back injury. The return date is unknown but the striker isn’t expected back any time sooner and is set to miss a major part of this season. After spending a season on loan at Hull City, Wenger granted the 21-year-old a first-team opportunity because of his brilliant display in pre-season. Akpom has made a total of ten appearances for Arsenal since making his debut three years ago. The youngster started for the Gunners against Nottingham Forest in the EFL fixture, a game that ended in a 4-0 victory for the North London club.
