Arsenal fans hail their unsung hero after win against Preston
Cometh the moment, cometh Olivier Giroud. After his fine performance against Bournemouth last week, leading Arsenal to a 3-3 draw after trailing 3-0 with two assists and a goal, the French striker struck again yesterday. Arsenal were standing on the brink of having to add another difficult game to their already packed schedule, with Preston looking set to earn a high-profile FA Cup third round replay at the Emirates Stadium, until Giroud netted a late winner.
