Arsene Wenger won't rule out ‘exceptional' deadline day signing
With the January transfer window just about ready to slam shut, it's difficult to see any more arrivals at the Emirates. Arsene Wenger has refused to rule out a deadline day signing however, with the Frenchman willing to sign an exceptional player, according to the Telegraph.
