Arsenal, Tottenham Monitoring Toulouse Defender Issa Diop
Reports have emerged claiming that Toulouse defender Issa Diop is being watched by Arsenal and Tottenham. The Sun reported that scouts from the north London giants were in attendance at Parc des Princes on Sunday night as the French Under-21 star helped his side hold PSG to a goalless draw. That was Diop's 20th appearance of the season and his impressive performances are now starting to attract attention from Premier League clubs.
