During the month, United collected a maximum nine points from three games which featured back-to-back victories over two of their closest rivals – Spurs at Old Trafford and Liverpool at Anfield. The Reds are currently fourth in the table, five and six points clear of Liverpool and Tottenham respectively. Also nominated are Arsenal's Arsene Wenger, Tim Sherwood of Aston Villa and Southampton's Ronald Koeman.
