Alex Iwobi: 'I want Arsene Wenger to stay at Arsenal'
Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi has urged Arsene Wenger to stay on as manager beyond the end of his current contract. Wenger's deal at the Emirates Stadium expires at the end of the season and the pressure on him to step down from the role after more than 20 years in charge has reached unprecedented levels following a run of four defeats in their past five games. Wenger himself has revealed that his future is not yet completely sorted, despite reports that he has agreed a new two-year deal, but Iwobi is in no doubt that he wants the Frenchman to extend his stay.
