Thomas Lemar has reportedly agreed personal terms with Arsenal Arsenal have not been afraid to splash the cash this summer and snapped up Alexandre Lacazette for a club-record fee of £52million this week. Bosnia and Herzegovina international Sead Kolasinac has also joined the Gunners on a free transfer from German side Schalke. And according to The Sun, Monaco star Thomas Lemar could soon be on his way to the Emirates after agreeing personal terms with the north London club.
