Jose Mourinho has come out in support of Arsene Wenger's criticism of the Ballon d'Or award, saying the focus should not be on individuals. Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger do not agree on much, but the Portuguese has backed his Arsenal counterpart on his dislike for the FIFA Ballon d'Or award.
