Arsene Wenger reiterates Alexis Sanchez stance
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has reiterated that Alexis Sanchez is not for sale this summer. The Chilean has just one year remaining on his contract at the Emirates Stadium and is reportedly keen to leave the club in order to play Champions League football next season. Manchester City remain the frontrunners for his signature, but Wenger has once again insisted that the 28-year-old will not be leaving North London. "I will not give anything away on that. The only thing I can tell you is he is focused. My decision is clear, he will stay," he told reporters. Arsenal have reportedly offered Sanchez a new contract worth £290,000 a week.
