Arsenal transfer news: Mathieu Debuchy offered £2.3m-a-season deal by Besiktas
Debuchy, 32, has been surplus to requirements at Arsenal ever since Hector Bellerin came to prominence. He made just one Premier League appearance for the Gunners last season and spent most of his time playing for the reserves. Injuries have also scuppered his progress at the Emirates, but his time at the club appears to be coming to an end. Arsenal are said to be willing to listen to offers for the France international as Wenger wants to get him off his books.
